SPAIN AND PORTUGAL

1. Shipments are made via courier service.
2. Shipping costs for the EU include the applicable VAT, but no other taxes, fees, duties or surcharges.
3. Notable-Notebooks delivers orders to the courier service within a maximum of 24 hours on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation from the customer. Orders placed between 1 PM on Friday and 11 PM on Sunday will be shipped on Monday . We are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the courier service. However, we are here to help resolve any issues you may have with our courier service. Once your package is handed over to the courier service, you will receive an email with your shipment's tracking number.
5. Shipping includes two delivery attempts within Spain and one for shipments outside of Spain . If the recipient is not home, a notification will be left (provided access was possible) with the details of the office where the shipment can be collected. The shipment will be returned to our warehouse within 10 days. We will add a credit to the customer's account for the value of the purchased products. This credit never expires.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the products. Contact hello@notable-notebooks to initiate the return process. The return shipping cost is €4.99, which will be deducted from your refund and credited to your original payment method.

We only accept exchanges and returns for orders shipped within Spain.

In the event that the return is due to causes attributable to Notable-Notebooks (defective product or not matching the purchased reference) Notable-Notebooks will be responsible for collecting the products and/or changing them for the correct one, taking responsibility for the costs associated with this return and/or change.

In the event that the return is due to causes not attributable to Notable-Notebooks, such as changes in color, size or other characteristics, which are due to a change of mind or error on the part of the customer when making the purchase, it must be the customer who is responsible for sending us the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging (unopened or unused), without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days after receiving the products.

In the event of a return, Notable-Notebooks will refund the customer all payments received, except for shipping costs. The customer will also be responsible for the direct cost of returning the products. Notable-Notebooks will process the refund within 14 calendar days from the date we are notified of the decision to return the purchase, using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial transaction or via a gift voucher with no expiration date. Notable-Notebooks reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received.
