Juanjo López is one of the great Spanish chefs and his restaurant, La Tasquita de Enfrente , on Calle Ballesta in Madrid, is known for being a true temple of good products. His personality is poured into his dishes and it shows in the atmosphere of the place. Juanjo 's charisma and character are perceived in the operation of the establishment, but also in the decoration; in the way in which he places orders and selects the raw material as well as in the way in which he receives each customer and invites them to enjoy good food.
How do you combine stationery and technology in your life?
I adore paper, physical support, being able to touch notebooks and books. Therefore, I combine the right (and necessary) stationery and technology.
Any hobbies with stationery that you can reveal to us?
I really like the special paper for writing with a pen. Also, I really like to write with a pencil.
What do you ask of a notebook?
That knows how to hide in my body.
What is the object that cannot be missing from your desk?
A notebook and a pencil.
